Hi Gavin,
Actually, I'll be moving up to San Jose in a couple of months and was searching JKD and Combatives related stuff thereabouts. I doubt practical it'll be for me to drive up to SF regularly for training but I figured it couldn't hurt to start making contact with like minded folks in the general area.
Thanks for the welcome,
Clint.
Thanks Gavin! No I just started on Wing Chun.
Hey Gavin, I trained with you guys a few months ago and haven't been able to make it back up. I greatly enjoyed my time training with you guys on Sundays, but my schedule has changed and I now work Sundays. Thank you for some great training and if my schedule changes I look forward to come back for more.
Gavin, I've trained in Aikido.
Hey Gavin, didn't know you were a local to the bay when we first met through Brent Pottenger! Your blog is particularly amusing....
Hi Gavin, I set you as an event organizer. Hope it goes well...
Hello Gavin, thanks for the greeting. I teach and train at Michaeltheboxer
gym in SOMA. www.michaeltheb

Thanks for asking. I'm planning on going this sunday. Hope the weather is agreeable.

Yes I read Steve's post on the GC web site. I have not met him personally. He's a friend of a friend I guess. I can probably get off work at least one sunday every couple of months.
My MA background: Basic Escrima Serrada under Guru Bob Manalo. I had to stop because my buddhist practice requires a lot of meetings in the evenings. I also have to work on Sunday afternoons.
I have taken a few aikido and wing chun classes. I also have played with a few Guided Chaos enthusiasts. If I could choose an art to study it would be DeThuors Kuntao Silat. I am a big fan of Scott Sonnon's martial art influenced "tactical fitness".
I hit the post button but my message seemed to evaporate!
